    Measures 12 x 10-ish 48 pages the cover shows signs of WEAR there is a slight wrinkle to some of the top pages we’re testing it is acceptable to good condition
    About 10 pages the first 10 pages so moisture once you get to page 11 everything straightens out to being good condition for the most part we’re going to downgrade this to acceptable condition it’s all moisture throughout the book not just the first 11 pages a little here in a little later nothing is stuck together
