Device Programing MyView/RadioCentral Access
The email address associated with your order will be used to request your own MyView/RadioCentral account and agency. This is what allows you the end user to program the radio portion of the device. Please note the account/agency set up process takes 5-10 business days to complete. Upon successful setup you will receive emails directly from Motorola on how to access your MyView account. Your agency ID will also be sent to you via ebay message. The serial number will be moved into your agency under your own account after provisioning is complete.
If you would like your device serial number to be placed on an agency that has already been provisioned, please send your agency ID before or after purchasing. Multiple devices can be placed under a single agency account.
After provisioning is complete you will have full control over the device without requiring motorola dealer intervention. Your account also will allow you to move the serial number to a different agency in the future if you happen to resell the device.
