New Sealed Sanyo Sportster RP 42 FM Stereo / AM Radio Gray PLEASE READ

Brand new and sealed Sanyo Sportster RP 42 FM Stereo / AM Radio.  Gray in color.
This is completely new and unopened in any way.  HOWEVER, over time, the foam on the headphones has started to disintegrate and there are little specks of foam in the package and a bare spot on one side of the earpiece.  The headphones are probably still usable, but they are not in perfect condition even though they are still sealed.
I have provided a couple of pictures, so you can see some of the foam that has come off.
