    Description

    Scarce Eve Pearce (England) hand made figurine of a reddish brown Brussels Griffon dog in a reclining pose, with the Eve Pearce mark on the underside. Eve's work is quite hard to find, and this Grif is definitely a treasure. Eve has blended layers of porcelain "hair" on the dog's head and ears, which is a trademark of her style, and she has hand detailed the remaining coat on the dog's body. A wonderfully pert face completes the look. The figurine measures 3 1/2" tall by just over 5 7/8" long. This is a heavy, quality porcelain figurine. Outstanding!
